- TOT O1 day ago1.0Don’t bother calling. They won’t answer. It’s actually concerning how many times you can call them in a day and they just. Never answer. In this economy? Where we have to work hours far beyond the hours of operation for you to drive here and get the help you need for your legal mail missing.
- TPTrent PulkrabekAug 8, 20261.0Only 3 clerks up front and 1 of 2 self service check outs out of order. Employees are so relaxed and don't work with any kind of sense of urgency. They are so disrespectful to people's time. I work 55 hours a week and get more done at my job in a half hour than these clerks get done in an 8 hour shift. There is definitely a culture problem here and no one seems to care about any of the people's time. Fire them all and hire good people who are ready to work!!!

I came at closing time to ship some items to back home and Ms. Teresa stayed there even after the store closed, shes nice and kind and willing to help all customers with smiles.fast in service. Honestly she deserve a better position may god bless her🙏

My package was out for delivery and the person was there waiting on it and they said they attempted to deliver and no one was there which is low because they never showed up!! Pathetic! Hate using usps for this reason!
