I was on the phone for over twenty five minutes trying to get the AI lady on the phone to get me to a real person. Every time I tried to tell her why I was calling, she said she didn’t understand and to please teller why I was calling. I tried to remain calm and collected, but that was one of the most asinine and frustrating experience of my life. Is this the level of service that we the paying customers should have to endure? Another one of our”wonderful” president’s big beautiful screw-ups and mismanagement examples.
