Absolutely shameful! Saturday May 9th was the National "Stamp Out Hunger Day". Many people in my neighborhood set out bags of food for the Food Bank (there should have been a special bag delivery last week) and NONE OF THE BAGS WERE PICKED UP!! I am blaming the management at this Suprise Post Office. There is NO excuse for not planning for this annual postal event. I have delivered several bags to the food bank this morning. Already a line of people waiting for food assistance. This whole thing incenses me and I plan to complain to the Postmaster General. Shame Shame on everyone at your post office who did not care.

I highly advise. Avoid using USPS at all costs. None of their applications work, their websites are unresponsive, they have a lot of technical bugs where you can’t even enter your information for a package delivery or delivery. When you call into customer service, their AI does not work. You cannot press a number keypad and it cannot understand a word you’re saying. You’re just talking in circles much better off delivering the package myself on a horse.

I just went in to check to see if any of my mail was returned to the post office because we weren’t getting any at our address for a week and a half. Not even junk, which is odd. So my husband and I went in on a Monday so it was very busy. Before I even approached the desk I was hoping to get Teresa because she was kind and patient with every customer. Nancy, on the other hand was extremely rude and looked like she just wanted to clock in and make a paycheck and put in minimal effort to help customers. As soon as I got to the counter she didn’t understand what I was asking for, yet looked at and talked to me like I was stupid. When she realized what I was asking for, simply to check and see if any of my mail had been sent back to this post office, she had attitude that she had to leave the desk. She took about 7 minutes walking around, came back and told us to call the supervisor. She also let us know that our change of address went through but that we needed to let our local carrier know, which is off because I’ve moved many times and never had to do that. If our mail wasn’t there, fine. That’s all you had to say, but instead she wanted to make a customer feel stupid when she was the one not understanding. And, when I asked her where mail goes when it doesn’t get to the address it’s supposed to her answer was “I don’t know, I’m just a desk clerk.” Anyways… this has happened before where our mail didn’t get to us and guess where it was… the Surprise post office. Nancy needs to take customer service lessons from Teresa ASAP or needs to be removed from the guest experience part of the post office.

I received one of the post office slips in my mailbox on the 3rd saying sorry we missed you and that they would try again on the 5th(Sunday). I waited at home all day, canceling everything else I was doing that day to get this important certified letter. Nobody ever showed. I tried to get them to deliver it today but again nobody ever showed today. This is supposed to be certified and treated like important mail, why is this place wasting my time and failing repeatedly to deliver my mail?
