  No wonder this is one of the lowest rated stores in the valley. The arrogance of one of the younger girls who work there is just unnecessary

  This makes me really sad, I have been dropping off my packages here along with hundreds of Amazon returns for over 5 years since I've lived in the area at this specific location and considered it one of my normal go-to errand places. This used to be my go-to store for my business needs and for my returns as I'm a pretty busy person.. Now I only go here as a last resort because I'm getting mixed "rules" from employees about the size of the USPS package that can be held on to for pick up. I was told explicitly by multiple employees that it's a 14-in limit. One of the newer girls (transfer I presume )here likes to think it's a 12-in limit. Now. I came in with a box that was literally 14. in and got denied it by the same girl that got overruled last time. I'm going to go all the way out in the rain today to go to somewhere else. I have been a loyal customer of this location like I said for so many years and I really don't think it would have been that big of a deal for her to have just taken this package as It was inside the parameters I was told (again by MULTIPLE ASSOCIATES) Now I know if your rules are that stiff - I get it like I have worked in retail management and high end customer service for 2 decades. Realistically like there was no apology. There was no kindness in her voice - just like the first time that she rudely denied my drop off and got overruled by the other employee after I asked what the issue was. She got told they could accept up to a 14" package . She literally said nothing (no apology or anything and snatched up up and was completely silent after she got told she was wrong). This other employee overruled it and said it specifically in front of me in front of her AND specifically mentioned that it's not that big of a deal.. So for her to say no a second time (falsely claiming they can technically take only a 12" package ) after I went out of my way to try to be loyal to my store really frustrates me. Either figure out the dimensions and have it even all across the employees or not. Like there's no reason that that needed to happen today - the bigger issue is what happened to being kind to each other? Like what happened to having a little bit of customer service. I know she thought (I guess) that she was following rules and I respect that in theory, but she and I both knew there was a previous situation that she was overruled in and this was literally round two so I just left. I'm tired of having to argue with her. I'm tired of everyone else being on the same page but her. I'm going to do everything I can to go elsewhere cuz apparently I'm not valued and this one associate has been regularly cold and unfriendly.
