Done here, being so close to my house I've reluctantly used this UPS store... very overpriced and not good customer service, I've had my issues with this location and I use it every month to send my expenses to my office in Mesa... always about $13-$14 to send an envelope for 4-5 day delivery as im always there on a Saturday. My last visit as always I tell them to send the cheapest option to get it to Mesa by Wednesday-ish and was quoted $28 and $30 for a letter sized envelope for 4 day delivery which us mail would have been the same time frame, I asked why so expensive this time as its usually about $13-$14 and she said "it's because your here on a Saturday" I told her I travel every week of my life and always there on a Saturday and she said... "oh I can get it there by Wednesday for $14" I asked why not give me that price the first time and she didnt have an answer. Today I discovered the UPS store at Bell and Reems down the street and also open on Sunday... thats my new UPS store.
