  Employees here are some of the worst human beings I've ever met. Just went to a different store a few mins away where I wasn't upcharged for unnecessary things. They make it so difficult to do business and act like there isn't any competition

  Well hope my package makes it to the destination. The lady working there don’t know what bit her or she mad because she had to work the weekend or something. You got act more professional or go work in the kitchen at McDonalds if you can’t handle working with customers . I Can go to ups with a truck load of packages to send out very patient people and not slamming things acting like a 2 year old . Dont like these games reviews but need documentation in case she decides to dumpster my packages

  How and why do you call this a "ship center" when you cheap out on having certifications for batteries and refrigerant? Then to have an employee who just hands me a card with your 800 # and website, saying I need to reach out that way for help but "if only youd shown up an hr from now, I could just hand it to a delivery driver." It wasn't until I asked how the website and # could help that he said it was to schedule a pick up, I asked if there are any locations near that do accept refirgerant and they said they didnt know yet they were fast as hell to wipe out a piece of paper that said what items they dont accept. FedEx is the reason I needed to return an item, a DC fridge that has 6 labels saying "this side up" was delivered to my home TWICE upside down and the box damaged. The first unit was dented and stopped working within a few days. Thankfully the 2nd deliver just needed to be left unplugged right side up for 2 days to ensure the compressor had all the oil back in it but our security cameras shows the unit was shipped in the truck upside down plus your proof of delivery picture shows the unit upside down!
