Very disappointed with the customer service at this USPS location, specifically from a supervisor named Crystal. I was dealing with a package that was mistakenly sent to Sierra Vista instead of Tucson, and another USPS employee had already confirmed it was misshipped and would be sent back out the next day. When I called for help, Crystal was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to provide any meaningful assistance. I even asked if my girlfriend, who lives locally in Sierra Vista, could pick the package up for me with my direct permission, and instead of trying to help or offer alternatives, I was met with attitude immediately. Later that same day, after being told the package was already loaded for transport back to Tucson around 9 AM, tracking still showed zero movement or updates by late afternoon. When I called back for clarification, the attitude was even worse. When I politely asked for her name, she sarcastically asked for mine again even though they had already verified my information earlier in the call. I understand shipping mistakes happen, but being treated disrespectfully by a supervisor whose job is supposed to help customers is unacceptable. USPS seriously needs to address professionalism and customer service standards at this location.

How did DHL get a package from Canada and deliver it to the post office and from the post office to my house? I took it back to the post office to have it returned to Canada via DHL and the clerk said that DHL did not make deliveries to the post office. I ended up taking the package to a DHL drop off point in Benson.

It’s always nice to get harassed by the actual post master. And to know the post office obviously aren’t doing their job.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the United States Postal Service regarding an insurance claim. I shipped an item through USPS and purchased additional insurance specifically to protect against damage, since shipping accidents do happen. Unfortunately, the item arrived severely damaged. I immediately filed a claim online, completed all required forms, and uploaded clear photos showing the damage. After submitting everything, USPS required me to bring the damaged item and the original shipping box to the post office for inspection, which I did. They took possession of the item and packaging for review. After all of that, my claim was denied with the extremely vague explanation: “damage not caused by USPS.” The damage was obvious — the player had clearly been subjected to a significant impact, like it had been dropped from a height or struck against something. I followed every instruction they gave, provided all documentation, and even surrendered the item for inspection. Despite that, the claim was still denied without any meaningful explanation. This raises a serious question: what is the point of purchasing additional insurance if it does nothing for the customer when damage clearly occurs? The entire process felt like a waste of time, and the claim review process appears designed to deny claims rather than support customers who paid for protection. Very disappointing experience.
