I had a good experience applying for my passport here. I was a little scared because of the recent reviews but everything went excellent. I was assisted by Juliet and she was so sweat and kind. There are really good folks at the counter

I went in to get my sons passport paperwork submitted today and the man who helped me and my husband was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. He was not interested in letting me explain some information about my son. He constantly interrupted me, didn’t offer help just told me that the state will decline his application. My son is 4 months old and he immediately complained about having to take his picture. When it was time to take the picture he couldn’t get a good picture of my son’s face and said it was because the camera was old. We paid for him to take a picture of my son and he said he doesn’t think the state will accept that picture he took but had no other camera or any other way of getting a good picture of my son. He suggested that we go pay another company to take out sons picture when the state inevitably declines my sons application. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with this man. When I went to go get my personal passport last year I showed up 2 minutes late and he was upset that he would have to take the lunch break 2 minutes late. While we were waiting today the lady who was waiting with us knew this guy was unfriendly and warned us about him. When my sister in law went to get her passport a couple months ago this man denied her at first and one of this coworkers had to tell him that he takes walk-ins and he was upset about it. This man obviously hates his job and they should put someone else in charge of passport applications.

Got an email saying a delivery attempt was made and a notice was left. The package contained live animals. Was at home 20 foot from my door in my living room. No attempt was ever made or notice ever left. You CANNOT talk to human at our local post office about it as the local number just gives a busy signal. Terrible No wonder the postal service is going under

Went un there on 6/6 about mail, I mailed on the 6/2. Express that still hasn't arrived to it's destination. The man at the desk was rude and didn't offer any solution. Told me there was nothing he could do. When in fact for the price I paid for Express, he could have offered me a refund. Went home and did refund online. Been contacted by the USPS where my mail is heading to and now it's under investigation because, why is it just sitting in Tucson and have not made it to TX. It's now 6/10. Some people at thay post office are a joke, I've been upnthere before to speak with management about another issue.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this USPS location, specifically from a supervisor named Crystal. I was dealing with a package that was mistakenly sent to Sierra Vista instead of Tucson, and another USPS employee had already confirmed it was misshipped and would be sent back out the next day. When I called for help, Crystal was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to provide any meaningful assistance. I even asked if my girlfriend, who lives locally in Sierra Vista, could pick the package up for me with my direct permission, and instead of trying to help or offer alternatives, I was met with attitude immediately. Later that same day, after being told the package was already loaded for transport back to Tucson around 9 AM, tracking still showed zero movement or updates by late afternoon. When I called back for clarification, the attitude was even worse. When I politely asked for her name, she sarcastically asked for mine again even though they had already verified my information earlier in the call. I understand shipping mistakes happen, but being treated disrespectfully by a supervisor whose job is supposed to help customers is unacceptable. USPS seriously needs to address professionalism and customer service standards at this location.
