- BYbonnie youngMay 7, 20261.0Some of my orders that I returned there and have receipts for when Amazon received my return there were missing items and I know they are stealing them at the ups store because the girls working there went through my stuff right in front of me and said sorry were being nosey and how cute it is and Amazon is telling me they are not receiving my returns and just says in transit forever until I get retrocharges or they said we only got 4 items instead of the nine u returned
- MMMApr 27, 20262.0This entire mountain area is made up of multiple small towns that all flow into each other, and having only one UPS Store to service all of it is ridiculous. It leads to constant delays, overcrowding, and no backup option when you just need basic shipping or printing. For how spread out and busy this region is, one location is nowhere near enough. It feels like residents are stuck with limited access and wasted time because there’s no real competition or convenience. This area needs at least one additional UPS location to properly serve the community and do that people who live farther like towards taylor area don't have to drive clear over here!

They do an excellent job . I feel they need a bigger building to compensate the masave popluation boom we have had over the past two years . Keep up the great work !
- MMMartin MammMar 23, 20261.0Nobody picks up a phone on a Monday. When I got there and I needed to get something notarized I was told there is no notary. Also be aware, if you drop off a package and they need to put a piece of tape on it they charge $1 for taping your box. If you want to print something it’s a minimum of $3 even if you print only one page.
