Is it that difficult to hold a package for a few hours so someone can stop by to retrieve it? Returning it wld be understandable if a package sat there for days taking up space. Also, the employee was rude. Don't bother calling this location bec no one answers the phone. Serious need for improvement at USPS Oak Creek location. Really maddening.

I over heard a customer at the counter complaining to the clerk and she asked for a manager, the manager stepped in and ended up making the situation worst! I couldn’t believe a lady like herself is a manager, VERY RUDE with poor customer service. Once I saw this happening, I immediately left. I ended up at the UPS STORE, paid more but better atmosphere and staff!

Sedona post offices don't answer their phones either because they can get away with it - government job, or they're under-staffed. This site says they're open until 11:59pm but that is for mailboxes- no mention of actual staff availability, annoying.
