This place is the biggest joke in town. Avoid this location. No one here can help with anything, and the postal machines rips you off, and they will not refund your money. Then they want you to wait in line that’s an hour and a half long because only one person works and there’s no supervisor on duty to help with anything Like I said, avoid this location like the plague

They were using the post offices pallet jack. Why do people use the handicap spot close to the ramp to unload their packages?

I went to the office at 901 a.m. I was not greeted by the receptionist she was super duper rude had ear plugs in her ear as if any patron that came in was an annoyance to her. I told her what my name was and what I was there for she spoke down to me as if I was incompetent. Telling me what form I needed and pointed to where I would fill out the form at and where the pens were. The first one I picked up it was really thin and she said it's trifold it's a trifold and she began to explain what a trifold was I said excuse me I don't need a definition I just needed to know if I was missing something. She said just grab another form. Now this is the third time she has talked very inappropriately to me and condescending. There were three additional people that came in after me and they were all nice as well she was rude to every single one of them except for the couple that came in with their young child she pretended to be nice because it was a family and maybe a little girl involved I'm not sure. But she mentioned several times that the form was to have absolutely no mistakes very aggressively. I went to turn the form back in she asked me How did my name go from this to this as she is pointing I told her I got married and she said do you have your marriage certificate I said no I don't I thought social security card would have been appropriate she said no it's not appropriate you need to have your marriage certificate in order to proceed. She copied my birth certificate and I asked her is this the only location that I would need to come to and she said no I said good because you are the nastiest person I've ever encountered you do not need to work with customers if you're this rude she said no you are rude to me I said no I was not I have been speaking kind to you the entire time you have an attitude problem and there is no need to talk down of every single person that you've talked to this morning since I've been here and y'all just opened I literally got there at 9:01 am. Truly wish that I would have gotten her name but she was a short white woman with gray hair with a white earbud in her ear beware of her she is a nasty nasty one
