- MGMax GreeneJul 7, 20265.0I noticed this location has only three stars, but my experience was completely different. Maybe I caught them on a good day, but the customer service was excellent. I was there for a passport appointment, not to ship a package. Katherine (I believe that was her name) noticed a few mistakes on my application, kindly pointed out that my handwriting could be clearer, turned the paperwork around, and helped me fill it out so everything was neat and legible. That level of customer service is rare these days. I had already gotten my passport photo taken at Walgreens, but honestly, I wish I had just done everything at the post office. They can handle the entire passport process in one place, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Thank you, Katherine, for making what could have been a stressful process so easy.
