No attempt to direct to where to find the necessary paper work. I’ll stick with Carefree PO. Thank you very much.
- JHJuana Gabriela HernandezJul 25, 20261.0Bad customer Service from Nicole, the manager and staff. I had been in the office several times trying to solve my situation with no luck. Finally contacted the USPS 1800 Number for which they sent a request to this office to contact me. Nicole called me back back in July 3rd. she was supposed to mail a letter to track it and see where it was. Never heard back. I sent myself an airtag to see where my mail was going. I stopped today once again to find a solution to my mail situation, I advised that my airtag was in one of the mail boxes near mine. Nicole was busy and per her staff member she would call me back. Nicole did call me back but her and her staff always sound anoyed of customers. Well, She did not call me back, it was somone from the staff, who was very rude over the phone, I asked that Nicole call me back. Nicole did called me back only to also have a bad attitude towards me. I should be the one to be upsed and annoyed as I am the one struggling to get my mail. Thankfully they found my mail (maybe because I told them it was in the same mail boxes where I am supposed to get my mail), What I am not thankful for is their bad customer service, and delay on solving the problem. When I communicated to Nicole that they had to work on their customer service she just hang up on me, I tried to call back of course there was no answer. USPS need to work on getting better customer service in their offices.
