He filled out a form and said supervisor would get back to me. To my pleasant surprise I was called in about 1.5 hrs to say package located (was with wrong carrier) and that my package was placed correctly and would be delivered to me the next day! It was! Kudos to the person whose name I didn’t get. To the critics here I will note that I arrived at 4:30 and by 4:50 (10 min before closure) a long line developed…however they moved other persons to the front to help! I heard them all say “thank you for your patience” Seems good service to me!
