- AAAmandaAug 5, 20262.0Despite the listed pickup times on the outdoor drive-up letter drop box, it is often so full as to be overstuffed and overflowing mail onto the ground. Perhaps this location is short staffed and does not adhere to the regular pickup times listed, but come in, man. Peoples' mail will get lost or tampered with if the box is full to the point that envelopes are falling out onto the ground.
- SGStan GrossAug 5, 20262.0This post office claims to be “full service”, yet they are only open to serve the public Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (while everyone is working) and a few hours on Saturday. I went there at 4:35 p.m. to try and buy some stamps thinking I should catch them open, but no! On top of that they don’t even bother having a stamp dispensing machine available in the entryway where the post office boxes are located. Not very customer oriented at all!
- JKJoanna K.Jul 31, 20265.0I got my key stuck in my mailbox because it was missing a screw since over a year ago when I reported it wiggling and I was so blessed that GIA - the friendly and kind postal worker came out of the back and not only helped me get my mail but she put a new screw on - all on her own like a Home Depot mail expert and even degreased the lock for me! She has helped me so many times by getting my packages for me as well - very fast and with a big smile! I appreciate GIA very much! It is rare that someone would go that extra mile and I thank her for that! :)

- HHHummingbirdMay 21, 20265.0I've been coming here for years and everyone has been nice/helpful except for one person that I can think of. They also do a good job of regularly emptying the parcel drop boxes in the lobby, which makes dropping off packages super quick and easy.
