- PKPaul Kerzner6 days ago5.0I visited this location first thing in the morning to resolve a logistics error I made the previous night. I had accidentally dropped a FedEx package into the USPS blue bin. The service was exceptional. I spoke with Emily at the counter, who was professional and highly efficient. After providing the delivery address and a description of the packaging, she was able to locate and retrieve the item within five minutes. This level of tactical support saved me a significant amount of time and prevented a major shipping delay. Reliable and helpful staff at this branch.
- BRBarrett RuppMay 7, 20265.0I came in here about 15 minutes before close and there was a line of 15 + people and i thought: “theres no way they are going to get to me.” Amazingly, they did. Actually, what happened was a manager of some sort came out and started expediting the middle of the line. This was the first time I saw this at a USPS location and I was impressed with the level of service. They didn’t have many workers available, but they kept the line moving. Good job.

He helped me figure out that I had the wrong zip code for a friend. He was so nice about it when he didn’t have to. It was a great experience. Professional and great customer service! - DRDavid i RosenApr 13, 20261.0This is the worst Post Office I’ve ever tried to phone. I have called them five days in a row various times during the day and nobody ever picks up the telephone. It’s impossible to speak to someone at this post office. Unless you go there in person however I do not drive so I can’t go there in person. Why don’t they ever pick up the phone? It is absolutely disgusting.
