  I stopped at this location today and I will never stop again. The rudeness of the employees is unbearable. The self service kiosk was out of paper. I asked if paper could be replaced. The employee was so rude about coming when he can even though there was only 2 other customers and he wasn’t helping anyone. This UPS store is closest to our home, but I will continue to go past it to the next UPS due to the rudeness of the employees. It doesn’t matter if they are very busy or not they act like they are annoyed.

  Erik provides exceptional service. Professional, helpful, and friendly. I found everything I needed and was in and out of the store quickly. Great place to go for supplies and shipping.
