  UPDATE: While my initial experience was frustrating due to a delay in getting my keys, Spencer’s follow-up was excellent. He reached out with a friendly and attentive attitude to resolve the issue. I really appreciate the effort he made to turn things around, it’s clear they care about their reputation and their customers. Original Review: WARNING: Do not rent a mailbox here if you need immediate access. I paid $148 upfront ($40/month plus a $25 admin fee and tax) and provided all required identification, only to be told by the clerk, Spencer, that I would have to wait 1–5 business days for my keys because he was “too busy” to finish the paperwork. Taking payment and then delaying access to the service is unacceptable. It’s like paying for a hotel room and being told you can’t have the key until next week because the clerk is busy checking in other guests. Based on other reviews, this “I’m slammed” explanation and attitude appear to be a recurring issue. If you need a mailbox the day you pay for it, go elsewhere.

  Terrible service. They refused to provide a refund on a priority letter that arrived two and a half days past the committed time. When I went to the store to file a claim, they said I needed to do so online. The online claim site sent me back to the store. The store then dismissed my issue out of hand. Avoid this ups location and try elsewhere.

  Spencer has the worst attitude of anyone I have ever met.. He should not be in any customer facing position ever.
