- TEThe 480 EditMay 20, 20261.0I would not recommend this location based on my experience. After shipment, the package weight was adjusted and I was charged additional fees that did not match the original receipt weight. I retained photographs of the package and documentation of the original shipment details for reference. I encourage others to carefully review their receipts and any post-shipment billing adjustments.

I took an Amazon return package and purposely left the box open so they could verify that the item was inside. It needed 1 piece of tape to seal up, and I was told I had to buy an overpriced roll of tape (verified the 5.99 was almost 2X the price of Home Depot). Since I didn't want to make a return trip, I reluctantly bought the tape and sealed the box. You'd think small amounts of tape would be a standard cost of doing business at a shipping store, but apparently not.

I had to got to a bank the next day to get it all corrected. The staff here are rude and unhelpful. Do not go to this UPS branch. ---- To the response from the UPS Store ---- If your services were "world class" I wouldn't be leaving this review. The notary experience was pathetic and I will never return to your store.
