  Pace was incredible!! The best customer service experience. I had to stay within a budget and he helped me strategize how I could fit everything in one box and stay within my budget. I originally went to FedEX and they weren’t willing to help me. I’m so glad I went to UPS their rates were better and so was their customer service.

  Went there today. Was surprised at the price for both packing and shipping. Needed to ship hiking poles, which would fit nicely in a shipping tube Surprisingly for a shipping store they basically had no shipping tubes available so they said they would have to make a custom box at a significant price Went down the road to Staples put them in a tube myself and it was about a third of the price all in and they shipped it for me as well

  I walked into the store with a lot on my mind. I was dropping off equipment from a job I had just been fired from. This job was a dream job and I definitely screwed the pooch on it. So I was a bit distracted. Right before finishing up TRINITY caught the eye of a wireless adapter for my mouse. I was so appreciative of the service and the hard work she was doing I just had to leave a 5-STAR review. Thank you again TRINITY.
