  To regional FedEx management: The service at this location is completely unacceptable and needs immediate oversight. During my visit, the attendant was rude, aloof, and completely incompetent. They were visibly rushing to close the store early and completely neglected basic packing standards. I witnessed them process an $800+ golf club shipment for the customer ahead of me by just tossing the bags into a cardboard box with zero protective padding or bubble wrap. The sheer lack of care for customers' expensive property is appalling. I will be taking my shipping needs elsewhere and strongly advise others to do the same until the staff here is properly trained to care about the items they handle.

  I’m posting for my mother, as she’s not technologically savvy. She went to FedEx on two occasions and both times, Chase Wayne helped her and went above and beyond. I’m glad there are people to help her when we can’t be there. Great job Chase!

  We came in last minute and needed a rug return to be shrink wrapped. Terrie and Enrique were incredible and helped us shrink wrap a HUGE rug. They were so nice and helpful and really went the extra mile for us. So grateful!

  Claimed to put my package in storage locker, yet never sent a code or a picture to confirm. I’m still trying to just get my package and trying to talk to a real person and not a bot. If you can avoid this company as much as possible they are a huge pain to deal with.

  Terrie has helped me better than any other FedEx location! Always A1 Service, has been able to solve any issue in a matter of minutes! True customer service here! Highly recommend!
