- ZVZ-Swag VIPJun 12, 20265.0Angel at the FedEx Office inside the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess was incredibly helpful. I called regarding an early package delivery issue, and Angel took the time to look into the shipment, confirm the delivery details, and clearly explain how the packages would be stored until the guest arrives. He was patient, professional, and made the process much easier during a time-sensitive situation. Really appreciate the excellent customer service.
