  Update to owner response: You never communicated this fact to me in any way, shape or form until now.... Very unprofessional and nonresponsive agent Chuck Wimmer. I reached out regarding his listing. He sent the NDA. I completed and returned said NDA. He never responded again after my repeated follow up requests over two weeks. As a multiple time business owner/seller, I am so happy to see these old school gatekeeper brokers being replaced by the nearly friction-less open marketplaces and AI.

  Kyle LeMay was the broker for the seller of a business I was purchasing. Kyle had no obligation to assist me in the lease that I was trying to obtain with the landlord but fully assisted and went above and beyond to help with this process. He even assisted after the sale had gone through with a couple of other concerns that came up. Again had no obligation but assisted me anyways. I can't give higher praise to a broker!
