  We recently had AlphaGraphics install window vinyl for us, and I am thrilled with the results. Initially, the placement wasn’t quite right, but their team was incredibly responsive and came out to address the issue within the same week. Their service was top-notch throughout the entire process. I highly recommend AlphaGraphics for their excellent customer service and high-quality work!

  I hate giving people bad reviews, but this is a must-give. As a business owner, I will do whatever it takes to make my customer happy. That is my number 1 priority. I placed an order for a retractable banner and table throw. I assumed it was the Alpha graphic in Camelback (I saw their work from one of their biggest clients, which I have something to compare to. The Alpha Graphic on Camelback was a beautiful, sturdy retractable banner large base, just beautiful quality). I used Alpha graphic Scottsdale and assumed they were the same because they are closer to my office. It is night and day in terms of quality and customer service. My mistake: I assume they are the same, but they are not! Today I learned something new. Very disappointed because it doesn't even come close to the quality of the Alpha graphic on Camelback location. Now I know they are all owned by separate people. If you want the product that this location Alpha graphic in Scottsdale, you should order 4imprint online a lot cheaper, and you will get the same quality as this location Alpha graphic Scottsdale. If you want quality products and good service, go to Alpha graphic Camelback, Phoenix. You will not be disappointed. Let me tell you, after being so frustrated; I called the Camelback location. I told the customer service the story, and she set me up with John. After I explained to John and he said to come by bringing the banner to see if he could fix it for me. I told him that I couldn't stop by tomorrow, and he said he would come to the location to pick up retractable banner to see if he could put a new base for me to make it more sturdy. How awesome that is. I will give Alpha graphic Camelback all my business and more because I will advertise for them for free. Thank God someone understands what quality and service mean. This is not about good or bad, right or wrong it is all about servicing your client, which Alpha graphic in Scottsdale cannot deliver. Remember, don't assume they are NOT the same!

  I went into the store requesting a booklet to be made to my specifications, before I left the front desk worker checked to make sure every thing was correct so it would fit the requirements. I didn't get notified until after it was done that my booklet had not been made to what we agreed upon. When I received my booklet, some of the issues were that they left bleed in on insides that should have been cut out and my page numbers were changed as I left them on the outside and their machine put it on the inside. 50+ for something I couldn't turn in and no alternative was given to me. EDIT: My name is Andrea, I am a current college student who was looking to get a final printed. I was recommended to come here due to the quality of print that could be done such as well as stitching for a booklet that I needed. I came into the location with a pdf, asking their front desk for help, mentioning I was not sure how they would like for me to set it up. After their front desk looked at the pdf, they mentioned I needed to add more pages as well as make adjustments for the bleed (specifications they told me to make) I added the necessary pages to print and made the adjustments they asked of me, though the placement of the pages ended up changing. As I turned the pdf back to get it checked one more time, the pdf was approved by the front desk and she said all was CORRECT. When I later received an email about the bleeds of the pages, as a customer, I suppose I naively understood or hoped that they would be able to help me fix it. That when they emailed me about the issue that was left in the pdf, they would also be able to make the change to the print for the booklet. When I came back to pick it up, I saw the bleed that was still there. I mentioned that the overall quality of print and paper was nice but the production was not want my professor would accept. It was a print that I could no longer use. They did tell me they could do it again for half the price days later, however, if they weren't able to get it correct with adjustmemts they asked me to make, then what's to say they would get it right a second time. My type class professor viewed the final piece and noted I should get it redone. The print was not done as it should be. As I went to a different print shop, they noticed the manner the pdf was set up and were able print it without the bleeds. They saw the error, talked me through the issue, and were able to print the booklet as I needed for a final. As I am currently on my finals, I was able to get back in touch with Alphagraphics. I understand they are a print shop who will print the work that is turned in as is; they were able to print it to a great quality but at the end there was just issues in the production. I went in as a customer looking for help but I suppose there was lack of communication and understanding to how it would be done. At the end of the day the issue with my final being printed was one that I learned from, and hope this helps their customer service as well.

  Frank at the Scottsdale Airpark Store was a tremendous help! Made it a fast and easy process, not to mention his great customer service. Was friendly and a true professional! Will definitely be going back for future needs at Alphagraphics. Thank You Frank!
