  Straight HELL!!!! seriously. I went in for fingerprinting services, new job at a a music school. These people are as resistant as all can be, no help from the tall Big guy that works there with dark hair, seemed to be on another planet with vacant facial posture. He correctly performed the complete opposite of customer service very, very well. I spent over an hour on the phone with technicians trying to get the fingerprinting kiosk to work. Until the other unwilling co-worker decided to reluctantly step in - DONT GO!!!!!! save yourself and your precious god-given time. Total Fail. F-

  I use a lot of UPS stores for work. This is beyond the easiest to work with. They are always smiling and having fun. Thanks yall!

  I was so glad when this location opened up so I didn’t have to fight the ridiculous traffic to get to the one off Combs Rd by Fry’s! The folks who work here are always polite and welcoming and the store is always clean when I stop by. I mostly do Amazon returns when I do have to go to this store and they have two Amazon kiosks (that are directly to the right of the front door when you walk in) for their customers to use so you don’t have to wait in line to get help. This is SO convenient because I can normally do all my returns really fast and I don’t need any help to do it. There have been a couple times that I had what I thought would to be a really easy return of about five or six different items that were really similar (same style/color but different brands) and I totally screwed myself up somehow and managed to package some of them under the wrong ticket and I couldn’t finish doing the return. I was SO freaking frustrated and wanted to pull my hair out AND cry at the same time but the employee was really kind and super calm and they helped me get it sorted out so I could actually finish the return. I’m laughing about it now but I really felt like a total idiot at the time for getting things so mixed up but they were just so chill about the whole thing (and they DIDN’T make me feel like an idiot) and the service was so easy that I’ll keep choosing this location for anything else I need the UPS for. Highly recommend!
