- SDSteve DeLawderJul 11, 20261.0Sarah is one of the rudest people ive ever met. I go out of my way to not use this post office. Why does she STILL work there?
- TBTC BrownApr 27, 20262.0Overcharged me nearly $20 in a clerk mistake. Entered wrong size pricing for a total of 23 or so 6x9 flat envelopes. Should have been .78 each. Charged me $1.63 each instead. Clerk did not seem to care after the fact with an “oh well” kind of attitude. Postmaster claims there are no refunds. Something about it stated this on all receipts. Just disappointed when your local post office rips you off because an employee doesn’t really care. Was finally provided a refund after filing a formal complaint. This was in response to the same clerk trying to overcharge me again in May. Initially overcharged in late February.
