    Yesterday I found my P.O. Box locked,, because it was not renewed , I don’t remembered getting any previous notice and in order to be reopened I had to pay a penalty of $27.- , which I think is excessive because as a San Luis Az resident it should be a free service , not giving a good response and a bad service of the attendant and person in charge at the moment Jose .

    Recently their app marked my order arrived on Saturday Morning I go check Sunday morning no package. Comes Monday I go check package is yet again absent I decide to the office and I wait patiently the manager attempts to find my order and according to them someone with a key took the package I explained to them there was mail in their since Saturday and no one opened the box however this situation seemed to complicated for "Jose" the manager that couldn't locate a package after some back and forth and me reading through his bs I knew they lost the damn thing like 40 percent of my mail orders anyhow I asked for the much kinder and non escalating manager he just stood their trying to be sanctimonious and I just told him to save it and get the other manager because I did not want to speak with him he proceeded to say I can't count which is rich coming from a postal office manager that can't find a package the irony is that I went their just to waste my time because This post office is among the worst in the country definitely and employees like "Jose" don't understand that they serve the public and some humility and professionalism would be appreciated especially after they definitely lost my mail and we still do not have home delivery so we must embrace employees like "Jose" that plague the whole chain now I know he was not the person that lost the package but some transparency is needed so the citizen can report it or contact the seller but for a manager to even say " you can't even count" I don't see how thats relevant and I chose not to offend him even though there was plenty of subject matter extremely disappointed once again can't say im surprised at this point though

    Honestly, the service is very poor. They make mistakes and have you drive miles to pick up a package you’ve been waiting for, and on their official website it says it’s ready for pickup. You arrive and they won’t give you the package because they haven’t put the notice in your box. After they make the mistake, how unprofessional. It’s a shame to have that kind of service. They return packages if they don’t have the PO Box number, even if you go there with the tracking number and ID. Before, they charged you 10 dollars because of their mistake. This is the place where they don’t deliver your mail to your house, and many sellers send their products to home addresses, not PO Boxes. Such poor service to citizens. But when it comes to charging extra fees for everything, they are very efficient. During the year, I’ve received more than 3 notices to renew my box. I go and bring them proof, and then a few months later, again, another warning saying I have to bring proof of address before a year has even passed. That’s how “efficient” they are. la verdad muy pobre el servicio se equivocan te hacen manejar millas para recoger un paquete que esperas y en su pagina oficial dicen que esta listo para recoger. Llegas y no te dan el paquete por que no han puesto el aviso en tu caja.. despues que ellos cometen el error que poco profesionales es una lastima tener ese servicio te devuelven los paquetes si no tienen el numero de po box aunque vallas lleves el traquin number y id .. y ante te cobraban 10 dolares . causa de ellos es el lugar donde no te entregan tu correo en casa y muchos vendedores envian sus productos a las casas no al po box.. que pobre servicio al ciudadano .. pero para cobrar extra de todo si son muy efectivos en el transcurso del año hr recivido mas de 3 avisos para renovar mi caja voy les llevo comprobante y a los meses otra ves el warning de que tener que llevar prueba de domicilio antes de un año.. a si de eficientes son..

    The staff is the best! I would rate it a 5 star, but the location is the worst! But that's not their fault, but the government needs to move it. We have to go there because the city doesn't have delivery to the residents.
