- DEDan EJun 10, 20261.0This is the worst post office in America. I think my mail leaves Rio Rico by burro and arrives by boat. I have never not waited in line here even when there is no one else in line. And even though there are two counters, only one is ever open. And if you live in Rio Rico Bennett order a package. It will always get transferred to this post office and your two day shipping will be 5 day minimum. You've been warned.
- RRRCMMay 24, 20261.0This post office is in desperate need of expansion and staff training. Certain staff are excellent and some others are the exact opposite of that. Some mail carriers are careless or even dishonest. Almost routinely with some carriers mail is put in wrong mailboxes. They should be held liable for this. They should need to be bonded. Are they? And if they misdeliver they are liable for it. But no, they've been protected EVEN IF THEY PURPOSELY place something in the wrong mailbox or don't deliver it. USPS can't be held liable even if it destroys your life. This is just plain wrong. You better keep in mind that if you keep someone else's mail or package the same can happen to you! Also if you are caught that is a federal crime. Many times I have gone out of my way to ensure someone's mail or package that made it's way into my mailbox was delivered to them. One was even left OUTSIDE of any mailbox and behind and in between the two mailbox banks. DO YOUR JOBS CORRECTLY!
