  Pre addressed, postage paid parcels can be just dropped off at the counter. No waiting in line. I wish, as do may, that they would build another Post Office on the east side of Queen Creek.

  I absolutely LOVE the staff at the Ellsworth Queen Creek Post Office! The lines always move fast, everyone is kind, and they take the time to answer every question I’ve ever had. Their customer service is consistently excellent, and this location truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend this post office to anyone in the area — they deserve all the stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

  Can we ALL AGREE this is by far the WORST post office there is with the LAZIEST people ever?. I hope this place gets shut down and I hope we the people can come together and file a report. This is getting out of hand!. My package is lost I paid quit literally $1k!! And it’s missing!. Don’t even mention the fact that they don’t even post a time when things are going to be delivered. I got told online “attempted delivery” and package was too big to ship .. okay why wouldn’t it originally dropped off at my doorstep??.. then it said a note was left which is very far from the truth. I requested to have it redelivered and still no updates, no time, nothing. I spoke to a customer service worker and she claimed that package should be delivered and that unfortunately there was no time but it should be delivered and I’m still going back in circles. This is honestly sad and not okay why is this business still running?.

  Terrible experience this morning. I brought in a parcel pickup slip and waited by the pickup door for several minutes with my young child, holding my pink pickup slip in plain view. I made eye contact with staff behind the counter multiple times but was never acknowledged. After watching other customers continue to be helped, I finally approached the counter and explained that I was there for a package pickup. By that time, the line had become quite long. At no point was I informed that there was no employee assigned to the pickup door or that I needed to wait in the regular line. I would have been happy to wait in line from the beginning if someone had simply acknowledged me and let me know the process. Unfortunately, this is not the first frustrating experience I’ve had at this post office. I have had other package pickups before and did not have to wait in the shipping line. For future visits, it would be helpful if staff could acknowledge customers waiting at the pickup door and let them know if they need to join the regular line. A little communication would go a long way.

  I got done what I needed but it wasn't exactly quick end efficient. They had like 2 people working here with a line of about 15 people
