    I have been using this store, their services the past month or so, for printing, by emailing this location, the staff printing out what I'm needing and picking up, it makes it easy for printing services. The cost is very reasonable to. The owner Mandy is wonderful, polite, freindly, professional and her staff to. They're knowledgeable, greets you as you walk in the door and communicates with you while waiting to be assisted. I recomend this store and their services to the surrounding community or just passing through for their services. Thank you Mandy and to your staff for your help when I come in. See you again soon.     Great customer service! They are ALWAYS nice! You are greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in the door. There’s not an employee that I have encountered in this location that hasn’t been pleasant or knowledgeable. LOVE this location!

    If I could give zero stars I would because they don’t even deserve one. I went in about a month ago with some important documents that I needed help with, I had some younger girl with short hair helping me, I had no idea what I was doing, hoping I’d get some decent customer service. only for an older women who claimed to be the owner to talk to me very rudely and to have my documents thrown at me in my face. Completely unprofessional and DISRESPECTFUL towards me and anyone in the store DO NOT COME HERE!

    It is safe to say this is my favoritr UPS store. All employees are nice and always serving with a smile. Very efficient and prompt. Theyre alrdy at the counter/register the minute the door opens to serve you. This UPS store is now my go-to for all my amazon returns. I also got to met the owner during one of my visits and she too was very friendly. 5 stars for sure!!
