  J I M, Jim Jiiiiiim! I was in a crunch time-wise, and called Staples to see how I could get my card stock prints fast- TODAY. Jim said they were super busy, but to come in and he'd help me figure it out. Jim was so helpful, and took the time to make sure I got what I needed today. Can't recommend this store enough- saved my butt.Thank YOU Jim for going the EXTRA mile for me. I appreciate YOU!

  I just want to take a moment to highlight Kayla! I don’t think I’ve ever in my life received such incredible, thoughtful service. She treated me with love and respect as I shared with her about the passing of my father. She was kind, courteous, incredibly helpful and generous with her time. She took time for me and helped me in printing services and she was so knowledgeable about the services I needed. I just am so appreciative. I will be a Staples customer forever thanks to Kayla. Thank you for your light. Keep sharing it with everyone you meet. You are beautiful on the inside and out.

  Jim and Troy deserve far more than a five-star review. They went so far above and beyond for me that I genuinely hope Staples leadership sees this and recognizes both of them. I came in with a last-minute birthday project for my daughter and needed a custom banner done quickly. Instead of making me feel rushed, difficult, or like I was asking too much, Jim and Troy immediately stepped in and took ownership of helping me get it right. They were patient, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to every detail. What stood out most was that they did not just “process a print order.” They cared about the outcome. They made sure the banner looked right, helped work through the details, and treated something important to me like it was important to them too. That level of service is rare. Because of Jim and Troy, what could have been a stressful last-minute errand turned into one of the easiest and best parts of planning my daughter Tenley’s birthday. The banner came out beautifully, and their help genuinely contributed to making her day more special. Jim and Troy are exceptional employees and an absolute credit to this Staples location. Their professionalism, kindness, urgency, and willingness to go the extra mile are exactly what outstanding customer service should look like. I will absolutely come back to this location because of the experience they gave me. Please recognize these two. They earned it.
