- LMLyndsie MooreMay 1, 20261.0i never leave reviews but i had a horrible experience, they lost my package and then tried to tell me the etsy seller i ordered from was a scammer. when i reached out to the seller she remade my entire custom order (13 shirts) and shipped them out with UPS instead. they also were supposed to fix this problem 4 days ago and i had to call them 6 times to get ahold of someone. i wouldn’t recommend using them.
- CBColleen ButlerMay 1, 20261.0This post office Miller Valley Road is horrible. If I could give no stars I would. I tried to mail a small package today that when I said make sure address is correct. They had a WRONG address. I proceeded to tell her to please change address , she said she couldn't change it. WHAT!!! It's wrong!! After bickering back and forth with a computer nerd,I said forget it and walked out. I went to UPS and mailed it no problem. Mind you this was my growing up address to my mother, for Mothers Day. I called customer complaint and they told me that they could have overridden the address that they had on file. These people are the worst!!. I went back to Post office and Talked to the Manager and she told me they could have changed it. But they would not do that. I showed her my google address and the one they had in system was no where to be found. She never apologized to me all she did was get mad at me and tell me to leave. She is a horrible person. I will never set foot in this Post Office again. No wonder the post office is in such debt. They are incompetent people and so rude to us customers that support this post office. Even Amazon has her correct address!

Today was typical of my experience in this place and I will gladly leave my one star review to drag their two stars down even further. it’s a shame this town can’t have a better post office. The post office here are horrible. I wish someone would go through and clean them up and at least hire some employees that could tear a little bit.
