- TSTamara StewartSep 21, 20261.0Hate to leave a bad review but it's been a long time coming. 5 years in fact. Used this service starting in 2020 and to my surprise I didn't have many issues despite "covid." The occasional rudeness but overall I met some nice people there. Unfortunately, usps isn't giving their customers or their staff inside the support they deserve and refuse almost all refunds. They own me hundreds of dollars and I'm positive others as well. 2025 was the absolute worst on top of how bad it had already been. I finally decided enough was enough. I mean every single delivery 9/10 was late and not just a little, I mean late. This last year I took all my businesses usps priority packaging, dropped it off, and went to ups and haven't looked back since. I've been there several months with only 1 hiccup which is to be expected from time to time. Very happy I made the switch.

- LOLynn O'MaliaAug 12, 20262.0I went to mail a birthday present on Monday… I told the clerk it was a hard bound book and a greeting card, because years ago, I remember mailing a book and the clerk offered me a discounted special rate for that. The clerk then proceeded to tell me that my box was subject to be opened for a Postal Service inspection, and I said no problem. She went on to explain that if they found out, it wasn’t a book they would charge the receiver the balance of the shipping charge or return the package to me. She then presented me with two shipping options ranging from $14.95 up, and ask me “So now what do you want to do?” I told her I wanted to ship my book at the book rate and she finally did my transaction… But she even charged me an extra $.82 for postage for including the greeting card in with the book. I did not like how she doubted me, questioned my honesty and gave me a hard time. That’s not the service I expect at everybody’s Hometown post office!
