- WGW GoodMar 30, 20261.0I myself, along with anyone else I see being “helped” at this location are always treated rudely. I have never had such a bad experience at any other post office in my entire life. rather than helping someone, it would seem that they would rather give you a reason why they can’t help you and why you need to either go somewhere else or why the reason you’re there to begin with isn’t valid. I just listened to the clerk argue with a seventy-year-old man about why his ZIP Code he was trying to forward mail from was incorrect, even though he’d lived in the same house for the last 30 years with the same ZIP Code, even after showing the clerk a piece of his mail with with the ZIP Code addressed to him on it, the clerk still insisted that he was wrong and sent him on his way. I’m not sure why the employees here feel. It is necessary to treat people in this manner. I live two blocks from here and can’t use this post office anymore. I hope they shut the place down.
