  I use this store quite often to return Amazon orders and other items, and the staff have been accommodating when I need to interact with them directly. With that said, when the store is busy, it's best to leave and come back when there isn't a line because this is when costly mistakes happen. I recently had to return an expensive men's jacket and another item. A staff member had to pack and label the jacket. Apparently, in their haste, the return labels were accidentally applied to the wrong packages. This little oopsy ended up costing me $300 and a tremendous amount of time trying to remedy the situation. When I contacted Amazon to explain the situation, I found that my UPS receipts were useless and that there was no way to locate each misdelivered package. I gave a 3-star rating because I am also to blame for not monitoring the transaction more closely and assuming that the UPS staff would properly care for my package. A costly lesson in human error was learned.

  DO NOT MAIL HERE!!!! Xena the “manager” does NOT train her employees properly, you will pay for shipping handling and postage just for the receiver to get a note stating there’s additional fees!!! When I called not only was Xena rude, she blamed the ill trained employee then I was told it’s not her problem and she hung up!!! Disgusting behavior and no responsibility for the problem that store caused. I was simply told there’s nothing that can be done.

  Excellent customer service, fast lines, efficient staff- Xenalynn & Makenzie both helped me separately and were both patient and helpful... all staff looked busy and ready to assist eachother if needed.

  Incompetent employees, unable to do a service they are trained for. They were paid $143.00 for NDA, only to fail the task. Simply pathetic. I would avoid doing business with this store. Save yourself a headache. Rude staff UPDATE 8.15.26 Kudos to Trinity. Finally a knowledgeable employee. *** Who knew??? After 16 days of waiting for a refund of $143.76. for NDA, A check arrived for $101.11. Short changed 42.65 cents. Seriously UPS store. Zainida needs a serious refresher course in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!. Try really hard to NOT Be RUDE to customers. I am sure her conduct is not up to Franchise protocol. We have opted out of using this store for AMAZON. We will use KOHL'S. Excellent customer for AMAZON.
