- LPlee perezSep 1, 20161.0They've had my package for 5 days with no delivery attempt. I called USPS customer service and they put in a redelivery notice. I should of had it the next day, but the postal delivery man said he didn't have it. I went to the post office to pick it up in person and the lady commented that it was weird that there's wasn't a single delivery attempt. She spent 30 minutes looking for it and couldn't find it anywhere at the post office. She took my name and number and said a gentleman. Was going to start looking and would call me that day.... no phone call at all, the package should've been delivered a week and a half from order and it's going on three weeks now and they lost it. So I called the next morning and no one's picking the phone up. The phone then transferred you to an attendant after saying no voicemail is setup and then the attendants line also says no voicemail is subscribed to and the a "goodbye". When I try later the phone just stays busy.. Update: I went back in a second time. The manager came out and let me know he looked as well. Very professional man, he didn't try to bullshit me that the package was likely stolen. He said he apologized and stated that these things do unfortunately happen, he gave me the number to the inspectors office and I had to file a claim that the package was stolen. This is just a reflection of the kind of people that inhabit this area.
- BLBen LynchJul 20, 20162.0So they force you to sign your credit cards with your name or they will not take them. Signing them SEE ID is not sufficient enough and get denied. I sign all my credit cards this way and this is the first time they have been declined. Stupid. How about you see my ID with my picture on it and then accept.
