- JFJames F1 day ago1.0Unfortunately, this location happens to be my local post office. I have an ongoing issue with mail being returned as undeliverable as addressed. When I talk to the senders, they read back the correct address. Conversations with postal employees at this location and the letter carrier confirm the address is correct as well. But, my mail continues to be returned. Things like investment information that must be sent to a physical address, insurance information, my driver’s license, vehicle registration, etc. I talked to the postmaster at this location once, and now she seems to be unavailable whenever I show to discuss the matter further. I filed a complaint with the main USPS customer service. They sent me an email stating the postmaster would contact me in 24-48 hours to address the issue. That was 27 August 3026. It’s 1 September as I write this, and no postmaster contact. I had another issue on 29 August 2026. I needed to send a small package abroad. The clerk said he doesn’t do international packages. I asked for a supervisor. The clerk left and I could hear him talking to a woman in the backroom that said, “We don’t process international parcels here.” I went to the Scottsdale location and the clerk that helped me said I was the second person she helped that day who was turned away by this (Rose Garden) post office. She said international parcel processing is part of their basic training, and that EVERY customer facing clerk knows how to do it. This post office location is pathetic. I recommend going elsewhere.
