- EFE FinkeJun 6, 20261.0This location appears to be severely understaffed. On a busy Saturday, there was only one employee working, which resulted in long wait times and a poor customer experience. The facility itself is clean and well maintained, and the employee on duty was doing their best, but management needs to provide adequate staffing for peak hours. If USPS cannot properly staff this location, they need to reconsider how they operate it. Customers should not have to wait excessive amounts of time because of chronic understaffing.
- JMJennica McGeeMay 26, 20261.0In my 36 years on this planet, I have never experienced a worse mail carrier. I have lived in this area for 3 years now and I have had lost mail 7 times. That's insane!! Our mail man is horrible and has no regard for people's belongings. Delivering mail isn't difficult. 7 times of losing my stuff and that doesn't include other times I was able to track it down myself because it was put into the wrong box. I'm absolutely livid. This person needs to find another job
