- ATAmie Phan TranMay 8, 20261.0This is the worse in customer service. Came in before 430pm to drop off package and lady at counter who was hunched over said they closed. Apparently they do not care if service is a priority and directed me to the kiosk. This is not the first time I came here and not sure how people can keep their jobs.
- CKCactus KellyMay 8, 20263.0This post office has a place to scan your barcode and enter the information into machine and then drop small packages into a slot which I believe is open 24/7. The people are there to take your packages until 4:30 p.m. Sharp if you arrive at 4:31 they will not help you even if you've driven clear across town and we're racing to get there by 4:30 . They will not help by putting on extra tape on the package. One time I wanted more tape on my package so she said I had to buy the tape so I bought the tape for $4 and it worked for two pieces of tape and then it broke and will not let me unroll anymore tape. Some of the staff have chips on their shoulder and seem to resent helping the customers. Others are friendly but no one is as helpful as the UPS store on 32nd Street where they will completely wrap up your package if you bring it in not taped up for free they will keep your phone number on file and the addresses of people you send to and create the label for you so it saves you a lot of work and they are very friendly and happy to do this for you. Along the sidewalk coming up to the post office there are some native weeds or plants that grow and they spray them and kill them on the lot to the north of them that they own they just chop down the Palo Verde and mesquite trees indiscriminately in rude rough ways that does not save the structure of the tree and it's quite distressing to look at.
