- AAArelyJul 3, 20263.0There's usually only two two top three employees helping out at the counter and there's usually a line. It's your typical neighborhood USPS, but I personally have run into issues with getting in my apartment key for over 7 months. They postal cards, birthday cards, expert shipping, house copy, keys, and even mass drop offs. It's a highly inefficient office and to this day I'm still waiting for my key. Been picking up my mail personally since.

Yet the customer service rep didn't sound positive. As this location is 2 miles further than the store I normally go to... I wanted to verify via a phone call.

- AYApril YedinakJun 13, 20262.0It's a post office. You wait in line forever at all post offices. What makes this only 2 stars instead of 5 is the inside of the building looks like a dark hovel. Old, run down with low ceilings and dim lights and a fan that looks like the dirt has been there for at least a few decades. Now, if asked if I'd want my tax dollars to go to a fancy well lit post office or continue to mail packages from a dimly lit cave, I'd choose cave. But I'm sure my taxes are already being spent on something I wouldn't approve of, so couldn't they at least have some better lighting?
