- JMJohanna Maciel2 days ago1.0The guy working at the front desk threw my package onto the floor instead of handling it with care like it was his own I was shipping a wooden Barton and Reed jewelry box that someone had purchased from me and I was worried it would break because of how hard he threw it Packages should be treated with respect no matter what is inside This kind of careless handling is one of the reasons customers receive damaged items I hope management addresses this because it was very disappointing to see

Because of that, my tracking always shows “USPS is waiting for the item,” even though I have already dropped the package off. This causes confusion for both me and my customers, and it makes it look like the package was never shipped when it was already turned in.
