Absolutely useless. Nobody answers the phone. The automated phone system is garbage. And when you go there the people behind the counter have no idea how to do anything

Pat should not work here. Hostile and judgemental he openly made comments that were aggressive and insults about what my mail was. He loudly said "bet you didnt pay rent" when the note had nothing negative about it other than the apartment letting me know they were doing repairs. He refused to let me take a photo or have a copy of the date I was allowed to pick up the letter up. And then threw my letter on an empty desk and told me to wait for someone else after trying to act like an egomaniac. I had to go through two other employees, who had to deal with him making a public scene for them to take have to take the note back so I could just get a simple photo of the date. What a joke and pain over something extremely simple.

Had the worst experience with this older guy who was huffing and gruffing the entire time that I had 8 packages to ship. At the end he told me due to my zip code I shouldn't be coming to awatukee because im waisting his time that he could be helping the locals then told me if I bring more packages he won't ship them. Asked for the manager, he couldn't care less, didnt apologize and just acted mad. This may be the worst customer service ive ever had in my life

Pat is absolutely terrible. I was in line and watched him berate a female customer to absolute tears in the front office. She seemed to be kind and trying to be understanding, but he was dead set on not help her off the bat. He then screamed at all his employees saying, "I am your supervisor and do not serve this woman". He totally humiliated them and they were very apologetic and embarrassed. He then refused service to another customer as well. He is incredibly lazy and has a ton terrible reviews. I'm in disbelief that employee such as Pat would even get promoted when he's an absolute joke.

I Experienced EXTREME discrimination by Pat in the post office. He refused to help me ship my package and would not help me for over 30 minutes while he helped other people. He told the other employee that he was her Superior and gave her direct instructions not to help me. At first, she told me she could not help because he is her superior. But when I told her that was not right and I was being discriminated against she apologized a helped me. The whole ordeal was VERY embarrassing. Pat needs to be investigated for misconduct.
