Clerk 33 older white man with white hair, is the worst. I went in there this morning 7/31/2026 to send out some certified letters. He was the only one out at the counters and was on his phone when I walked in at 8:45. I walked up to him smiled said good morning and handed him the letters for him to instantly become hostile and rude. He goes “do you know where your post office is? Because these are very time consuming and you should be going to your post office.” After we go back and forth a few times and I try to explain to him the this post office was on my way to work. He finally decided to help me with the certified letters. After completing the sale he again goes 7th st and Vineyard. To reiterate where my post is and where I need to go. He also screamed across the room that if I were to come back there with certified mail to send that he will refuse to help me. I’m not entirely sure what I did to deserve such disgusting behavior first thing in the morning on a a Friday. I just really hope that something will be done about this incredibly horrible excuse for a human being. If he hates his job that much, maybe you would be doing him the favor by letting him go.

Absolutely useless. Nobody answers the phone. The automated phone system is garbage. And when you go there the people behind the counter have no idea how to do anything

Pat should not work here. Hostile and judgemental he openly made comments that were aggressive and insults about what my mail was. He loudly said "bet you didnt pay rent" when the note had nothing negative about it other than the apartment letting me know they were doing repairs. He refused to let me take a photo or have a copy of the date I was allowed to pick up the letter up. And then threw my letter on an empty desk and told me to wait for someone else after trying to act like an egomaniac. I had to go through two other employees, who had to deal with him making a public scene for them to take have to take the note back so I could just get a simple photo of the date. What a joke and pain over something extremely simple.
