If you don’t like your job or if you’re unhappy, you should definitely quit! Trying to get to an actual person on the phone is impossible, I was on hold for about 20 minutes for it to send me to another ai after requesting a person, then it just hung up on me. This is absolutely ridiculous and waisted my time.
