The store brand Ceasar Chavez they got working the counter, is way too cheeky. Making us go through hoops to ship one package.

What time do they open? Nobody knows. It's clearly not the times posted on the door. I arrived on Friday a few minutes before 7AM to get my mail. The time on the door says self service 6AM to 6PM but the doors are still locked. I waited until 7:15 AM and still locked. So what time does the place open?? 8AM? 10AM?? Nobody knows.

There are so many crappy reviews and today I found out why. They simply don't care about people at all! The manager is the reason why, and the employees follow her lead. I used to live on the other side of south mountain , in Ahwatukee and always received caring, friendly and great customer service. This South Mtn 7th St location needs to be shut down for every reason listed in the numerous bad and low star reviews.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is my second review in my life and its not a good one. I have never had so many issues with mail delivery and I have lived in BFE and Yuma AZ but the moment I unfortunately chose to move within the area code of South Mountain Postal Service I've had nothing but issues. The South Mointain Postal Service have made it their personal goal to fail at every aspect of their one job. Its already difficult living in an HOA( when I moved here the HOA didn't exist),I now have to deal with incompetence when forced to accept a delivery service with the most lost and confused mail carrier in my vicinity. Constant missing packages, marking items delivered to a parcel locker but not proving the ACTUAL KEY TO GET INTO SAID LOCKER, and dont get me started on their customer service or lack thereof. They cant even complete the last two initials in their name 'postal' and 'service '. Pretty sure they dont even know where they are located, hint its the United States. Imagine 'delivering' a package 30 mins before you close for a three day weekend, not actually delivering the package or if they did deliver it they didnt give me the ability to obtain said package because I can't access the parcel locker they left it in. When trying to call to get a person back out to fix their mistake you are not only bounced between different locations, stuck in an almost endless loop of ANI (artifical non intelligence)but you are then directed back to probably the worst location imaginable, South Mountain Postal Service. Not only did they ignore any attempts at contact, they didnt provide any service. How can you be so bad at the one thing you've done for centuries? How can you not figure out how to deliver a simple package since 1775, or the more modern postal service establishment in 1970? You have only been delivering packages since before we were an established country but still cant do that? I think we need a name change, 'United States we Sometime Provide Postal Services' aka USWSPPS... has a nice ring to it.
