- KDKaylin DunnettMay 7, 20261.0Hideously incompetent post office. You guys have either misdelivered or outright lost my mail 5 times over the past year and there is never any recourse for me. I have lost track of the number of times I have had to call customer service or drive down to the Phoenix regional post office to ask a supervisor to help me locate a mail piece and I’m out several hundred dollars in handmade irreplaceable goods. I’m considering routing my mail to my parent’s house because that is how little I trust your employees to do the bare minimum. Your delivery workers are unreliable and shady.

I had a package marked as delivered and supposedly left in the mailbox, but it was never placed in mine. My house is directly in front of the community mailbox, and my Ring camera clearly shows the mail carrier delivering packages around that time—but not leaving mine where it should have been. To make matters worse, my daughter is also missing a package that was marked as delivered the same way. Also, the delivery person frequently plays music very loudly while making deliveries, which feels unprofessional and inconsiderate in the neighborhood. This is frustrating and concerning. I hope the post office takes this seriously and improves accuracy and professionalism when delivering packages.
