- SSSusan Stonitsch4 days ago3.0This is a big facility in the Sunnyslope neighborhood of north-central Phoenix. It has always been one of the better postal facilities in Phoenix, until recently. Unfortunately their staff has been reduced down to just 2 associates to do everything, from counter service to sorting packages. They do the best they can, so if the line is long, be patient, be kind, be helpful.
- GHGabrielle HansenJun 20, 20261.0If the lobby closes at 6pm then at 5:51pm i should be able to still walk in and drop off my package in the drop box, unprofessional and i will be writing a letter to higher ups to notify the lobby hours are not being followed as posted on the door.

We shouldn’t have to wait over an hour just to ship a package. I’m going to UPS now instead because it’ll be much faster. There is also no “ship it yourself” kiosk that many other locations have.

Tried to go in to get our mail forwarding forms filled out since we moved but there is still only one person working the front and the line nearly out the damn door. I was trying to find out if they were hiring because it was extremely unusual to see while waiting in line and shocker.. no available positions. What in the world is going on?? My boyfriend got irritated and saw that we could do it online so we left. I am wanting to start a handmade press-on nail business that would involve a lot of traveling to the post office to ship orders but I won't be able to anytime soon if they won't hire more people to staff the front 🙄🙄🙄 just do something...!!!
