- HBHolly BremerAug 25, 20261.0I live in Sane Pedregal apts and this is by far the worst mail delivery I've ever had!!! Redelivery requests are NOT honored and my mail is being returned to sender even when my family verifies the correct address. The delivery people are beyond rude.

Eventually just decided to wait in line and Gail (and I’m sure other staff at other times) were handing the whole 6 counter set up herself. Gail earned this location an extra star.
- BWBrad WhiteAug 3, 20261.0Drove over there in 115° heat & walked in the door to be looked at & told they cant process any packages & that they can only sell me stamps !! What? I own an Ebay store & rely on them to get my packages scanned the day i go to usps. She said all the machines were broken! If thats true , that horrible managing. You wonder how the term "going postal" came about. They have gotten worse over time but this is unacceptable to not be able to process customer packages! This greatly affects my liveliehood as i can get a bad rating for late shipments. Having one clerk is bad enough when you have to wait in line 20 minutes to ship packages everyday but to not be able to ship? Just doesnt make any sense! Not a wonder why they are going under!
