  The employees in this postal office are lazy from the carrier (Stella) who only does as she pleases with the backing of her supervisor (Chris) who only called me to make excuses after excuses and even justify the carrier’s habit in scanning as if she attempted to deliver my items just to leave at the post office because she’s just slow and lazy. But he wants me to complain to my manager about parcel lockers and do there job for them that’s hysterical that he brought this to me asking for sympathy like really. So in the end didn’t help my situation at that point why bother calling me for that if his apology came with a but after it like that’s gonna help. Oh and this carrier has the tendency to lie about the time she supposedly attempts to make the deliveries I’m sure not the only one she does this to but he tried to excuse that too. On August 15th she scanned it at 11:39 am but I got my item around 2:00 pm that same day. Another time was on August 24 “attempted” to deliver at 8:58 am and this time I didn’t see a notice that she “attempted” but my husband did see her putting mail including that notice in my mailbox and when he asked about my package she said I left it at the post office when it was supposed to be out for delivery and refuses to do her job and till nowI haven’t received my package. Well because when I requested a redelivery they sent her home and oh I didn’t get my package just a phone call full of the most mediocre excuses even for that lazy carrier.

  I had the worst and best experience with USPS. I did schedule pick ups for months and they never picked it up my packages. They will even send me an email confirmation that they picked it up and never did. I actually one time had to run up to the mail lady to give her my package just because they did not come and pick up my package and when I asked her why she didn’t come pick it up she said she was just about to come my way, which was a lie. I scheduled another pickup a few months later, which was today, Saturday August 15 and I did not get my pick up yeah, I got another confirmation showing that it was picked up I finally decided to make a report online. This is where the good news comes in. I got a callback from a supervisor named Darrell, who was amazing. He actually got a mail carrier to come and pick up my package that day, even though it was after hours I was grateful and appreciative that he understood my frustration and actually assisted me. He even stated he put me on an alert so now when I schedule a package pickup or even when the mail people come too my apartments, they will have an alert to make sure that I don’t have a pick up schedule which I’m grateful for because it’s very frustrating to not have your packages picked up, especially when you write a business and are expecting to have those packages shipped out at a certain timeframe. I’m appreciative of Darrell and I hope that he is recognized for his outstanding customer service and going above and beyond for a client.

  This is the weirdest post office I've ever been in. I couldn't find a mail drop in the building. I don't like to leave mail in outside drop boxes because of all the theft in Phoenix. So I went inside so I could drop my mail in a secure mail slot. I walked around all the private post office boxes and didn't see a mail slot anywhere. I finally went to the service counter where one person was working, and there was no line. I apologized and said I wasn't able to find a mail slot. The work just held her hand out, so I handed her my outgoing mail. She didn't tell me where the mail slot is located. Does that mean there's not one?

  This is one government organization that would save a lot of taxpayers'. Money, if they closed it down, the post office is not worth keeping open to run.Be part of the government.They need to eliminate the post office
