- TTTim Toltzman5 days ago5.0Very good staff behind the counter. I went in to send 3 shirts back. She found a bag for me put the shirts in, taped it up and applied the label that I had printed out. Her name was Jasmine and there should be staff trained by her. Very good service, I had my doubts about USPS, but not anymore.
- DLDante LajaraMay 5, 20261.0If you or your business depend on the USPS to deliver or pickup your mail reliably, either move out of this post office service area or use another service. Even if you drop off, packages often don't get scanned causing unnecessary delays. Scheduled pickups? No show after no show. They will put you out of business, talk to your Account/Territory manager, the postmaster, your elected representative, it doesn't matter. This place is beyond repair. The only thing they do consistently is fail to do the most basic thing they are there to do, collect and deliver mail.
