They haven't delivered mail to me in a year and a half. No, I'm not exaggerating.

Absolutely pathetic excuse for a post office. Packages magically disappear, tracking goes days without updates, and nobody seems willing to take responsibility for anything. If you enjoy wondering where your mail went and getting the runaround, this is the place for you. The supervisor is by far the worst part of the entire experience. Rude, arrogant, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping customers, they act like every question is an inconvenience and every missing package is somehow your problem. Customer service clearly means nothing at this location. I’ve never dealt with a post office that inspires so little confidence. Whether it’s incompetence, negligence, or complete indifference, the result is the same: customers are left frustrated while nobody seems to care. If accountability existed here, things might actually improve. Avoid this location if you value your packages, your time, or basic respect.

Heads You Win, Tails I Lose: Why You Should Never Use the Post Office for Fingerprinting If you are thinking about using the United States Postal Service (USPS) for digital fingerprinting or FBI background check services, do yourself a huge favor: don’t. The Post Office has quietly rolled out third-party biometric services at select locations, but they are running a complete racket. They charge you a hefty fee upfront, but the moment you hand over your cash, you are entirely on your own. It is the ultimate "heads they win, tails you lose" setup. Here is the honest truth about how this service actually works: Zero Accountability: The USPS operates on a strict, no-exceptions "No Refund" policy for fingerprinting. If their Live Scan glass scanner is dirty, if their software glitches, or if the postal clerk doesn't know how to capture a clean image, you still pay. The Blame Game: If the FBI ultimately rejects your prints because they are blurry or low-quality, the Post Office will not take responsibility. Instead of fixing their mistake or offering a re-shoot, they will tell you that you must have done something wrong or manipulated your own prints—as if anyone voluntarily submitting to a background check is trying to cheat the machine. Bureaucratic Indifference: They are trying to act like a private tech vendor by enforcing aggressive, corporate "at your own risk" fine print, but they execute it with the rigid, careless attitude of a broken government bureaucracy. You get the absolute worst of both worlds. The Verdict: Do not risk your time or your hard-earned money playing Russian roulette with postal equipment. If you need digital fingerprints done right the first time, take your business to a dedicated private vendor like IdentoGO, Fieldprint, or a local UPS Store. These places actually operate on standard retail customer service rules, maintain their equipment, and have a vested interest in making sure your prints clear. Skip the Post Office entirely. They will gladly take your money, deliver nothing, and leave you holding the bag.

GET A P.O. BOX!! I cannot stress this enough this specific location steals packages. Because of the area they get away it they mark as delivered then take them. I have gone multiple times to see what happened, they open a case then just close it again. THEY DO NOT CARE And if your package isn’t insured then u don’t get your moneys worth back either. I knew something was up but I had no proof until I waited at the corner when they were filling up my local neighborhood mailbox and I was expecting a couple packages, I was informed by informed delivery they were arriving that day and got lucky enough to witness it. 6 Packages were marked delivered even though I only saw him take out letters but open up my mailbox regardless just to of course see nothing in there. Went to the post office and they told me it was delivered and they didn’t have it So again get a P.O. Box but not at there location but another that is close to you. Just warning you guys so u don’t go through it.
