Having a PO box for the last 3 years here i decided I had enough. Honestly this is the worst post office I've ever dealt with from the daily long line to the majority of the staff never caring abou anything, to the packages never being delivered that they themselves sign for! Ive had 14 packages delivered with photo proof! That they lost or stole themselves! You are better off getting a po box in desert hills, at the roadrunner, or in BCC. They are all cheaper and have better customer service with better accountability!

Worst USPS location I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve lived at my current residence for almost 3 years and never once had issues receiving mail until the last two weeks. Suddenly, I completely stopped receiving mail despite having USPS Informed Delivery showing multiple pieces of mail scheduled for delivery. The first time I went to the post office, I was told a manager would call me back. That never happened. When I got home, I spoke directly to the carrier while she was delivering mail. She told me she had been putting mail with my last name into other boxes. I explained I’m the only person with my last name at this property. I thought the issue was resolved, but it wasn’t. I returned to the office multiple times after that. Every single time I was told a manager would call me back, and every single time nobody called. One employee verified there was no hold on my mail and confirmed everything looked correct in the system, yet I still wasn’t receiving anything. Important mail has gone missing, including: * Credit/debit cards * A check * Legal paperwork * IRS mail * Insurance documents * Other time-sensitive mail I even showed the office screenshots from Informed Delivery clearly displaying my full address and apartment/unit number, but I was still told the carrier claimed my unit number wasn’t listed on the mail. The final straw was a package marked as delivered by USPS through Amazon. I immediately went to my mailbox and it was not there. Tracking then changed to say the address was incorrect and undeliverable — despite other items from the same order being delivered to my door successfully. I’ve now spent hours contacting banks, insurance companies, and other businesses to resend critical mail to another address because I no longer trust this location to deliver correctly. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. Nobody follows up, nobody calls back, and nobody seems interested in resolving the issue. After repeated visits and over 15 missing pieces of mail, this is far beyond a simple mistake. I understand mail issues can happen occasionally, but this level of negligence and lack of response is unacceptable. Something seriously needs to be investigated at this location because customers should not have to fight this hard just to receive their own mail.

Even after notifying them that I continue to receive the former home owners' mail, I still get inundated with it almost daily. My mailbox has a note taped inside with what mail should be delivered, but I continue to get mail that doesn't belong to us. I've tried calling this post office, but no one picks up the phone. If anyone has any suggestions, please respond with them. Thank you!

Where do I start. We recently purchased a new home that has a cluster box with 9 other homes. We received keys once we closed on the home. We have now been in the house for 3 months and still can't get mail delivered. Not because they can't find, but because they don't want to. Every community or cluster box around us gets mail, just not us. We have been told 5 different reason which none make any sense. If USPS is the only ones to be able to deliver mail because of a law, they should be mandated to deliver the mail.

The Postal Service has recently replaced our mailbox banks with a new ADA compliant pad. New keys were placed in our old boxes. The keys do not work. After making several calls to Daisy Mountain that were not answered, I finally spoke to someone, She promised to get someone to help me. Spoke to her again the next day and she said the same. Nearly a month later and I still can't access my mail. Now I am again calling repeatedly (five times so far) and it just rings and rings until it disconnects. I guess I will have to drive twenty minutes and wait in line to get this resolved.
