The two regular employees are always so sweet but are obviously overworked due to the staffing issues — lines are frequently out the door with customers waiting. Additionally, there is an employee who consistently forgets to change the setting on the scan gun — if they scan it in at all — which causes outgoing packages to be marked as delivered to a PO Box. This is an issue if you run a small business, as customers will receive a notification that their package was delivered to a PO Box in a state they don’t live in and will then request a refund. To make matters worse, some packages won’t show up in the system for days after drop-off, leaving both you and your customers in the dark. You’re better off driving to the Van Buren location, which has a 24/7 parcel drop and is open seven days a week — that location seems to be better run.
