- KAKatarina Alvillar6 days ago1.0Horrible post office. Two employees who have no idea what their doing. If they're new. Dont have two new people only working. She had to go back and grab ger supervisor at lease 3 times during his lunch break time to help her. Line was already out the do, but hr was useless in helping and went back to the back. I stood ar windows for over 25 minutes when I did everything on line and all I had to print. Take package to post office and pay I have 30 minute lunch break so I took my package and left. Awful Went to 50th and van Buren with EXACT same box. Was out within 10 minutes!!

I attempted to get it changed, the employees on site were not helpful. Told me to put a form in my mailbox for the carrier to get and update in the system. That was a week ago, today my package was marked as delivered to individual but was not delivered here.had to call customer help to get the Gps coordinates because employees in the post office refused to help. So now ive gotta wait for this post office to investigate where my package went. No expectations on them finding it. This is the worst post office ive ever used.

What I will say is that other Post Office locations could learn a lot from this team about what excellent customer service looks like. I’ve been to many Post Offices throughout the Valley, and the Thomas location has consistently been top-notch. The staff is always professional, helpful, and efficient.

I was just in here on a busy Friday afternoon and I watched as the 2 gentlemen and 1 woman working all interacted with their customers with so much kindness and genuine care. I was so impressed with all of them I had to get in my car and immediately leave a review. It was such a good experience it makes me want to skip UPS from now on.
- CCConcerned CitizenJul 3, 20261.0If you live in this area and are missing mail, this is why! I saw a USPS tub sitting on the ground next to our broken mailboxes overnight. When I walked past at 11:00 AM, I noticed a bundle of banded mail just sitting there. It had been left out all night long. Anyone could have walked up and stolen bank statements, bills, and personal info. When I went to secure it, the carrier pulled up. I confronted her about leaving it out. Her excuse? Her attitude gave off complete apathy for the situation as she brushed it off and said, "Oh, that mail doesn't even belong to this complex." So, in her mind, it is perfectly fine to dump another neighborhood's mail on the ground overnight?! What if that was YOUR identity left on a random sidewalk miles from your house? EXCEPT SHE LIED. I checked the tub before she grabbed it, and the top envelope was clearly addressed to a resident right here. She left our mail on the ground and then gave me apathetic excuses to cover her tracks. As someone whose identity was stolen in the past, the lack of care here is terrifying. This has happened multiple times before. I've already reported her to the Postal Inspector with the unedited photos. Check your credit reports, folks!
