Isaac who worked in the morning of 6/29/26 (9:30am) can definitely be much more polite. Didn't appreciate his defensive, rude attitude when I was nicely asking a question.

Terrible customer service, zero employees have any problem solving skills in this building, not helpful at all, and they have absolutely no care about packages they have mishandled. I wish I could choose any other carrier to handle packages from Amazon. I never want to have to deal with the USPS ever again, but of course they have us over a barrel so we all don't have a choice.... Thanks USPS for screwing my whole weekend simply because you said there was an address issue, when the other package that Amazon delivered, was delivered with zero issues. Funny how a 31 year old company can figure out how to deliver a package, but a federal company that is 250 years old can figure out how to deliver a package.... What an absolute joke....

Andrew is a young male that is rude to people that he shouldn’t be rude to. It’s unfortunate because not everyone deserves that treatment. I see why this location has 2.5 stars

Unfortunately I live behind the post office and they have a parking area on indianola that have several vehicles that have been out there for well over a year that are crashed and abandoned and some that had just been sitting there collecting dust it takes up the parking spaces for the rest of the complex but more importantly it's an eyesore. We have called Phoenix police department and they can't do anything because they said it is United States postal service property. They have one vehicle that has homeless people and they are doing and selling drugs out of their vehicle the female is out on 7th avenue prostituting and our security to our complex can't do anything and we've called the police over and over again just to be told the same thing it's United States postal service responsibility. I know they have gotten several complaints and they finally came and slapped some stickers on the vehicles that were abandoned however that was 2 weeks ago and nothing has been done and the sticker doesn't say when the cars are going to be towed it says that the car license plate was written down and they will be looking into towing it but they didn't put a date so of course all of them still sit out there because nothing's going to be done. This is ridiculous it's an eyesore to our property and not only that it's not good for the community to have people out here selling and doing drugs out of their vehicles and prostituting down 7th avenue. Not only that but the people that live in that vehicle have trash and boxes and containers all around their vehicle outside of it it looks trashy and it's embarrassing this used to be a nice place to live and now it's turned into every other bus stop and Street corner in Phoenix. And they do a really good job at making sure none of the riff Raff happens at the bus stop that is on 7th avenue in front of the post office they post up there and within less than 24 hours the post office runs them off so I got to give them kudos for that but they need to do something about the parking area that's on indianola it's behind their employee parking area just south of their post office building. It's beyond ridiculous and it's embarrassing having to live here and being helpless and not being able to do anything about the nonsense going on. Those cars need to be towed immediately

Been here many times and they are always so kind. Today Alex helped me pack my package better because it had dishes in it and he was super nice and helpful :)
