I use USPS for my business regularly and have been to multiple locations, in multiple states and the only problems I’ve have had, have been with Alex. Alex is rude, and goes out of his way to be as lazy and unhelpful as possible. Every time I have been in this location recently, I have had the unfortunate experience of having Alex help me. He is slow, he refuses to do his job when other employees have no problem doing the same things. He also tries to charge you unnecessarily for items that you bring in yourself. 0/10 do not recommend Alex
