Left work earlier to get my package, took me 30 min to get there. I was 1 minute after their closing time 4:31, no line, no wait and the guy shuts the door in front of my face saying that’s their policy. Ok, sir. I wish your beer is always warm.

I really, truly want USPS to be as good as it used to be again. The service I received today was great. However I'd prefer to see more employees waiting behind the counter. I don't know who started this goofy practice of never having employees sit and be open to helping, but it's gotten out of hand. I want to see an employee sitting and waiting at each station and I don't care if they're reading a book, playing tetris, or scrolling tiktok. Tired of seeing just one employee trying to handle everything. The employees that helped me today did awesome, its the powers over them I take issue with.

I areived today at 345pm, I grabbed my CHANGE OF ADDRESS card, filled it out while in line (7) people were ahead of me..I was coming up next in line, my change of address card was filled out and "Laura" called me up to her counter as she had told another customer to take some labels off her parcel while she helps me....I handed my COA card, and ID...I asked why the change of rules and why I can't do this online any longer as I was being asked for a lease. I let "Laura" know this is a huge inconvenience, 😳 she proceeded with "yeah, they changed everything with you know, all the crazy stuff going on"..
OK, No problem...I continued to scroll and look for my old lease from where I am moving from...."Laura" was just starring at me, huffin and puffin and rushing me with her body language... I took nomore than 2mins to find my lease in my email.
RIGHT when I found my lease, "Laura" said "yeah let me finish her (the lady she had remove stickers from her parcel) your taking too long and I am trying to keep the line moving"....
I said "my lease is rightbhere, here you go" I tried showing her my phone and she grabbed the other ladies parcel and and said "your going to have to wait your taking too long".
I then said "well why did you call me up here and maybe you all need to be clear on the cards given by the postmen, that we need to give a lease, your blood type etc...etc..."
This was a horrible experience when I figured this would take less than a hostile worker and a quick 2mins.
I then asked "Laura" whonher manager was, and she said we don't have one you can complain online"??!!!! Wow, just wow!
I called USPS complaint line, and got nowhere and noone after holding for 33mins plus.....
