I areived today at 345pm, I grabbed my CHANGE OF ADDRESS card, filled it out while in line (7) people were ahead of me..I was coming up next in line, my change of address card was filled out and "Laura" called me up to her counter as she had told another customer to take some labels off her parcel while she helps me....I handed my COA card, and ID...I asked why the change of rules and why I can't do this online any longer as I was being asked for a lease. I let "Laura" know this is a huge inconvenience, 😳 she proceeded with "yeah, they changed everything with you know, all the crazy stuff going on".. OK, No problem...I continued to scroll and look for my old lease from where I am moving from...."Laura" was just starring at me, huffin and puffin and rushing me with her body language... I took nomore than 2mins to find my lease in my email. RIGHT when I found my lease, "Laura" said "yeah let me finish her (the lady she had remove stickers from her parcel) your taking too long and I am trying to keep the line moving".... I said "my lease is rightbhere, here you go" I tried showing her my phone and she grabbed the other ladies parcel and and said "your going to have to wait your taking too long". I then said "well why did you call me up here and maybe you all need to be clear on the cards given by the postmen, that we need to give a lease, your blood type etc...etc..." This was a horrible experience when I figured this would take less than a hostile worker and a quick 2mins. I then asked "Laura" whonher manager was, and she said we don't have one you can complain online"??!!!! Wow, just wow! I called USPS complaint line, and got nowhere and noone after holding for 33mins plus.....

Why does no one answer the phone at this post office? It’s June 27th. I have called over 5+ times, in a row, since they opened at 9am. No one has answered the phone, it rings for a whole two minutes before it just started beeping from no answer and hangs up. There isn’t even an option to leave a voicemail. I don’t understand how in 30+ minutes no one is able to answer the phone that is working. I literally am forced to use this post office for receiving mail because it’s the one closest to my apartment so I’m forced to deal with them. I’ve been trying to call regarding why all of a sudden my apartment is listed as vacant and all mail is being returned even though I live in it and have received mail before. Poor service and poor staff. Figure it out, every review does not seem to be positive here.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service at this location. Kiosk was down so I had to have the cashier print off my labels i had already paid for online. One of the labels was not enough postage which i would’ve happily paid as i do not have a scale and the kiosk was down but the cashier was so rude and off putting i left. I fixed the postage online in the car and had my friend run the package back in only to find them talking behind my back. I depend on usps as i am a small business owner, this interaction will be making me reconsider my shipping practices

the way they run things here is heinous. my friend is a small business owner, and i went with him when he dropped off his packages. i waited in the car and he came back out almost in tears because he was treated so poorly. they wouldn’t take one of his packages because it was overweight. the kiosk was down so he had no way to weigh it. instead of being polite and helpful, they made him feel stupid and small. he repurchased the label online, and then i went back in to drop it off and i HEARD THE EMPLOYEES TALKING SHIT ABOUT HIM. and other customers! right in front of me, and in front of everyone else. extremely disappointing and awful customer service. they need to do some major restructuring at this location. disgusting.
