Employees were very rude. Entered all my information for my package incorrectly. I have to wait 12 days for my inquiry to get investigated. Trash service.

Never did I think I would right a review about the post office but meeting someone who is polite, non sarcastic and helpful is VERY RARE in USPS. I’ve had a consistent and pleasant experience with Eric. Both times having to do with passport applications. We have since moved out of the downtown area and make sure to come here whenever we need to mail something. It should say a lot that I’m willing to go out of my way for USPS serves. Thank you Eric!

For me to write a bad review, someone had to be lazy, rude, spiteful and incompetent. I needed a money order to be delivered the next day. Christen behind the counter screwed up somehow and needed me to address the express envelope. I had broken my elbow and its caused my handwriting to be atrocious. It can look like a second grader. I told him I need to make a respectable presentation, are you sure you cant print out the label. He said Zi will write it for you and his writing wasnt great but because he was speed writing. Each letter got worse and I said slow down. He got worse and i commented and he said do it yourself. I asked him to cover it up w blank labels but the pen wouldnt write on the label. Eric a very classy polished staff member took over and when he finished told me it would get there on Wednesday. I needed deliver next day, maybe two days the latest. Chris knowing my deadline puts it in a priority envelope which Eric just continued the process no fault to him. I missed the cutoff even though i had arrived with 20 minutes to spare, had to spend $35 bucks to get it there the same time for $12' bucks all because the guy couldnt just try to write legibly.

Your answering machine sucks. I just wanted to see if my very important mail (my new ID) got sent back. If it’s not tracking a package your answering machine has no idea how to help. If it’s going to be shotty I should at least have a way to talk to a representative/a real person. But it was like it was designed to make sure we never talked to a real person about anything. If you don’t want your employees to have to talk on the phone, fine. Then get a better answering machine to make up for it, cause this one is trash.
