- MMMattJun 14, 20265.0OWNER PLEASE READ. I thought this location was open Sundays but it’s not (my mistake) I have a package ready for pick up that I absolutely need today. Would be willing to pay someone $100 to open the store for 5 minutes today to get my package. Please respond if you see this!

The person who needed to do it left the office went to lunch. We waited a half an hour, went back in and she decided she was going to be another 20 minutes late. We had to go to another facility and get the signatures. Very poor service

Blamed it on a rogue ex-employee "who no longer worked there." All the eBay sellers are saying UPS is lying to me. It's been a month and still no follow-up! Now I am out $200+. So, hey, thanks!
