Waited in line for quite a bit of time while an employee loudly complained about having to work today and having to work early tomorrow. The other employees that were helping were overwhelmed with people, however this particular employee turned her chair around to ignore the line, played on her phone, and does not have shoes on. She was very unprofessional and is giving this particular location a bad name.

My wife purchased a specialized hiking wheelchair for our special needs daughter. Unfortunately the size was incorrect and we needed to return it to the manufacturer in order to receive the proper size. I brought it your UPS store in it's original package and set up for it to be returned to the manufacturer. After a few weeks I was notified by the manufacturer that they had never received my return. I went back into your store and spoke with Lucy, the manager, who informed me my package was lost or stolen and proceeded to interrogate me as to why I didn't get insurance. I informed her I was never offered to insure my return and asked her what the next steps were. She claimed they never see this happen and offered to have it covered via the stores insurance, had me fill out a claim and provided me with her personal information to follow up with her. While I have received the shipping cost refund of $138.99 I have not received any updates from Lucy. I've reached out multiple times and see that she is reading my messages, however isn't responding. Due to the neglect of your team, we have not gotten our replacement wheelchair and are out almost $4k because the manufacturer never received our return. How are you going to fix this?!? Enough is enough, make this right!

Convenient spot for me to go to so I’ve visited often. I can be a little confused about the returning and shipping process, but the employees have always been helpful and patient. It can be busy during peak hours but if you go at an odd time the cleanness is nice. Even with a long time I was able to return my Amazon package without talking to the front because of a machine they have on the side.
Package your own box if you want to avoid fees, keep a phone with whatever pictures of labels you need with Internet access so you can email it if needed.
