The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. When I first approached her, she ignored me while she was on her phone. After I asked for assistance, she sighed in annoyance.
She then refused to process my Amazon return, claiming she couldn’t do it. I’ve completed Amazon returns at this location several times before without any issues, so this was the first time I’ve had this experience.
After refusing to help, she went back to her phone and continued ignoring me. As I was leaving, I told her I would be reporting her behavior. She responded that she didn’t care because “they’re not going to do anything anyway.”
P.S. While writing this review, I noticed several other complaints about this same employee. It’s disappointing that, despite multiple complaints, nothing appears to have been done.

My experience at this location was very disappointing.
I visited this store today at around 8:00 AM to make an Amazon return. I have made several returns before at different UPS Store locations and have never had any problems. The employee told me the return could not be processed and that I would have to pay for shipping, even though Amazon showed it was a free return. When I asked what I could do or whether they could, she simply told me there was nothing she could do and offered no solution.
I went back to my car to check the return status in the Amazon app and look into the policies. I confirmed that my return was already prepaid, so I went back into the store. This time the employee scanned the code and verified that it was indeed prepaid. However, she said she could not print the label. She seemed annoyed that I had come back; she even sighed and commented that it was the second time I had returned.
Then I was told that I had to email the label and that I would be charged $2.50 just to receive that email.
I decided to go to another UPS Store location. There everything went as usual: they scanned my code, printed the label, processed the return, gave me my receipt, and there were no additional charges.
The difference in service between the two locations was huge. I expected to receive accurate information and friendly service, but at this location I received incorrect information, no willingness to help, and an unprofessional attitude.
Addition: Among the negative reviews here, I found a photo of the employee who was rude to me.

Stephanie is really rude and not professional at all, there's almost not single time that I went there and she does not having an argument with a customer. She definitely need to be moved from this location.

The store is very unprofessional. All the employees was joking around, not doing any work on top of that The owner is taking up all the stations That are supposed to be for customers on top of that. She said she said she’s taking hours. The store is highly unprofessional. On top of this, he seems like the employees brought a heap of their children to work with them. Talk about unprofessional disgrace to the community.

I had an incredibly frustrating and bizarre experience at this location today (June 12, 2026). I came in simply to drop off a return package containing clothing and scan the barcode.
The lady at the front desk immediately greeted me with a terrible attitude. When I told her the package contained clothing, she began interrogating me about the exact materials of every single item. She literally demanded to know if the clothes were khaki, linen, or cotton. I have never heard of a shipping drop-off requiring a detailed fabric breakdown just to scan a return QR code—it was completely ridiculous and unnecessary.
To make matters worse, she was throwing things around and making her bad attitude incredibly obvious throughout the entire interaction. This location used to be much better, but the level of unprofessionalism she displayed today was unacceptable. The staff here desperately need to be retrained on basic customer service and standard drop-off procedures. I will not be returning to this store.
