  Jatinder and his staff are the utmost professionals with excellent customer relations skills. I'm in town doing a big project and needed quite a number of large format prints done. I was not a particularly organized customer, but Jatinder handled every new request and batch of files with patience, speed, and efficiency. I can't recommend them enough for printing and I'm sure all their other services are also top notch. They are without a doubt my go to for any future printing or shipping needs in Phoenix. Many locations nearby, but I recommend this one enthusiastically!

  I come to this location once or twice a day because I own a business that ships out packages every day . The entire staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient. They create a welcoming environment, and everyone clearly knows what they’re doing. There’s a reason I only use this location—they consistently provide outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate everything the team does. Keep up the great work!

  I consider this the best location of any UPS Store in the area. I pass up others to go there. We have 4 adults in our home and we order Amazon several times per week. I also deliver for Amazon when I’m not teaching and as an Amazon associate, I assumed I could drop returns at my warehouse. This service is not offered so we must return items like everyone else. I am greeted so kindly every time I visit. I have some neurological challenges that make the self-serve kiosk a little too difficult at times. Unlike other businesses, I don’t need to look far for assistance. No matter which associate is at the counter, I appreciate knowing they are willing to help.Thank you, UPS Store Team at Deer Valley/7th Avenue!

  If you care about your package being shipped correctly and dynamite, you can count on the owner of this business at deer Valley airport they care about what they're doing they want to be successful that's why I go to this location Nice and friendly and I trust them

  I chose 5 stars because UPS always provides fast and efficient service. Whether I’m dropping off Amazon returns, printing documents, or using other services, everything is quick and easy. I’ve never had any issues, and the customer service is always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend UPS to others.
