  Store was dirty. Looks like the entry door glass has never been cleaned. The tape they sell is really bad. Had to re tape all my boxes before I could ship them.

  I would give Keb at this store 10 stars if I could! Yesterday, he provided the best customer service i have had in years!  I came in looking for a service he wasn't familiar with but he was very patient with me, answered all my desperate questions pleasantly and competently, and on his own initiative called another colleague to ask if he was familiar with the service; then he googled the government agency I needed to deliver to AND brilliantly googled same day delivery companies that specialize in delivering to the government agency. What is more he was very kind in letting me hang around the store for a bit while I worked on the phone with my colleagues to brainstorm our next steps.  He did everything he could to help me and went above and beyond my wildest imagination.  As a result, he kept me calm during a very stressful situation, made me feel like i was not a huge annoyance (even though I was!). He demonstrated from start to finish that he is: someone who wants to and can help; a credit to his generation; a smart and emotionally intelligent employee, and an incredible asset to the store.  He definitely deserves recognition for his excellent service. And a big bonus! I highly recommend him and this store.

  The one Star is for Location. Employee messed up my finger print card for fingerprint clearance. I took the rejection letter from State to store… clearly indicating it was technician error. The Manager wanted me to pay them for another fingerprint card. Their Error…. my inconvenience and you want more money. Get Real!!! . A sincere apology and reversing your mistake would have been the right thing to do. Poor Review is a must because you do not understand taking accountability for your mistakes. Other Customers get to know.

  These looters managed to scam me out of $30, all i wanted was to ship 3 documents in an envelope, how they managed to charge me this much is impressive, ended up charging it back, do not trust these people.
